چکیده
مریــم گلـی بـا نـام علـمـی .salvia officinalis l متعلق به تیره نعناعیان (labiatae) است. به منظور ریزازدیادی این گیاه 8 آزمایش مستقل از هم که شامل گندزدایی و جوانه زنی بذرها، القای کالوس از ریزنمونه برگ و ساقه، باززایی از کالوس ریزنمونه برگ و ساقه، اندامزایی مستقیم، پرآوری شاخساره، ریشه زایی و سازگاری انجام گرفت.
